Castagnole, gogosi turnate italiene – Ingrediente (35 gogosi)
- 320 g faina
- 4 oua medii
- 125 g zahar tos fin
- 60 ml ulei floarea soarelui/arahide
- 6 linguri lichior limoncello/lapte
- 1 plic praf copt
- 1 lamaie medie (doar coaja rasa)
- 1 varf cutit sare
- 1 l ulei de arahide/ulei de floarea soarelui (pentru prajit gogosile)
- 200 g zahar tos fin (pentru tavalit gogosile)
