Costinesti, record of tourists in the South part of the seacost

The weekend has brought again the smile on the lips of hotel keepers from the Sounth part of the seacost. Thousands of tourists arrived at the seaside start to give the hotel keepers the hope that they will not completely lose in what regards the profit.

Those aproximatively 3000 tourists who were in the neighbourhood came, again, in their favourite resorts: Costinesti, Saturn and Jupiter. Costinesti became, this weekend, the most crowded resort of the South part of the seaside. During two days it was impossible to find a parking space, and the ediles from here say that the occupation  degree of the accomodation reached the record for this season, being estimated at 95 per cent. This weekend was very crowded at the entrance of the hotels, vilas and houses which offer accomodation. Starting from the entrance in the resort you find locals who show you the keys of the flats and rent rooms. The price is suitable for any pocket, and the offer of the day goes from 50 ron for two persons to 120 ron for the flat in which the tourists can crowd aalong with family and even with friends.

The beach from Costinesti was overcrowded, both on the sand and in water. The employers of the terraces will for certain not be on minus this season. Tourists stayed minutes in a row for a beer or at the terraces with self regime. In the South, at Venus, the beach was as usually, crowded, but after DADL collected all the algas, they forgot them on the sea shore almost all the weekend, offering the tourists not such a beautiful perfume. Between Saturn and Venus, the most extensive beach from the South of the sea side, the story of the last years has repeated itself. Because the parking spaces are not to be found, the cars were abandoned near the lake ( although the area is protected) or near the alleys which go to the beach or directly to the sand.

The number of tourists will increase, say the hotel keepers from the last years' experience, starting with the 1st of July. Also, most of the hotel owners will increase the prices with aproximately 15-20%, because we will enter oficially in the „peak of the season". For this reason, starting from Wednesday and until the middle of the month when the prices will reach the maximum rate for this season, you can stay minimum seven nights at the Hotel „Banat", a two stars hotel in Olimp with 120 ron per person; a three stars Hotel „Rio" from Jupiter with 198 ron/ room/ day; Hotel „Dana", four stars, from Venus resort with 233 ron/ room/ day; Hotel „Saturn", fve stars, „all inclusive" with 250ron per person per day. The most consistent increase will take place from 15th of July and will resist until the end of August.
