Năvodari City Hall sales by auction 432 parcels on the ADA Island on Taşaul Lake (1 kilometer away from Năvodari). The plots are destined for holiday homes, guesthouses and hotels construction and have an area of 230-360 sqm/parcel.

Price: between 37.076 LEI and 58.032 LEI (approximately 9.000 EUR).

Năvodari City Hall is going to use the money from those sales to pay the necessary facilities.

Auctions started on October 25, 2011 and take place every Tuesday.

Ada Island is located on Taşaul Lake and is approximately 25.2 hectares, has limy soil and is part of the public property of Năvodari. 14.8 hectares are divided into parcels and put up for sale.

Taşaul is a lake connected to the Danube-Black Sea Canal and, through Năvodari Lock, to the Black Sea. Taşaul Lake is a navigable canal and it is also use for entertainment activities.

According to the Environment Ministry, Taşaul Lake merges with Gargalâc Lake (known as Corbu Lake) and form together a complex lake. Taşaul Lake is a typical maritime lagoon and has no direct connection to the Black Sea. The lakesides look like a cliff and the Casimcea River mostly forms the hydrographic basin.

Mayor Matei Matei intends to build two wharfs for the future owners of the parcels on the Ada Island, especially that you can get there only by boat.
