According to the principle "investments are the best treatments in crisis", Phoenicia Hotels & Resort continued investment policy, ushering in Mamaia Nord a new five star hotel with a capacity of 160 accommodations. Phoenicia Luxury Hotel, the newest family member of Phoenicia Hotels & Resort, is defined as the first resort on the seaside that offers ultra all inclusive services at international standards.

The event was attended by Nicolae Matei - the Mayor of Navodari City, Radu Mazare - the Mayor of Constanta, political analyst Cozmin Gusa, the wellknown percussionist Ovidiu Lipan Tandarica and Renee Santana - daughter of the famous Mexican singer Carlos Santana.































Phoenicia Luxury Hotel is located by the Black Sea, at less than 100 meters from Phoenicia Holiday Resort and about one kilometer from the clubs in Mamaia Nord.

The hotel has generous accommodations, with double rooms of 45 square meters and suites over 71 square meters with two bathrooms included. Of the 160 accommodation units, 132 are double rooms (56 interconnected), and 28 are suites.
The investment amounts more than 5 million Euros and includes over 15,000 square meters built, joining the more than 30,000 square meters constructed or landscaped by Phoenicia Hotels & Resort until 2013.
