PUZ [Area Urban Plan] for 240 hectares in Mamaia

Within the Local Council meeting from yesterday, all the projects on the agenda were talked over in the blink on an eye. The same happened with the issues on the supplementary agenda. Yesterday, the local councilmen approved the Area Urban Plan for a 240 hectare land in Mamaia, which is private property of some physical and juristic persons. Starting from yesterday, the ordinance of CLM [Municipal Local Council] no. 129/2001 on approval of Mamaia PUD [Detailed Urban Plan] ceased to be applicable.
