Banias is crying on PSD shoulder

After ITC, the Commissariat for Consumer Protection and Mangalia Sanatorium, Constanţa PD-L might be deprived of Techirghiol Sanatorium and the Agency for Environment Protection

Constanţa democrat-liberals have lost ground to Mazăre's social-democrats; as a result to the negotiations held, they lost important institutions from those which were allocated to their party.

PD-L management have decided to reduce this down trend and to discuss to their PSD partners. Consequently, the leading team of Constanţa county PD-L subsidiary invited PSD representatives to a discussion session. Although the meeting should have taken place at the end of the last week, the governing partners did not meet any more. The reason was that PD-L representatives wanted to meet Mazăre's team on Saturday or Sunday, while PSD representatives were available on Friday or on Monday. So, these two teams postponed the meeting as they were not able to find common time coordinates.  

A new term for the PD-L - PSD têtê-a-têtê was set for this Thursday.

This is what happens when you lose

Constanţa PD-L president, the senator Mircea Banias declared that the meeting will approach the nomination of PD-L members for some assistant positions within institutions managed by PSD and vice versa, the taking back of institutions supposed to be leaded by PD-L and which are presently managed by PSD representatives. To be more precise, they are referring to State Territorial Inspectorate for Constructions, where PSD recently installed Ion Florentin while PD-L team nominated Gigi Chiru, and to Mangalia Spa and Recovering Sanatorium, where PSD installed one of their own, although, according to the protocol, this managing position had been assigned to PD-L. If PD-L team lose the managing positions, although they believe that the investitures ripped off by PSD to PD-L will be revoked, they have another advantage. Although Prime Minister Boc demanded that all organisational charts should be shortened, the democrat-liberals rely on the fact that they will be able to install at least one managing team member with the institutions abusively taken by PSD.

The example given was Gigi Chiru, who although lost ITC management, may hope to a leading position within the institution.

PSD is keeping an eye on Techirghiol Sanatorium

It seems that PD-L already stepped back in the matter of the managing position for Constanţa Regional Commissariat for Consumer Protection, where initially they advertised the name of Marius Ciobanu. This institution was also taken over by PSD, and they installed Bogdan Teoniu Gavrilă Dima as general manager. When asked if this institution should have had a PD-L manager, according to negotiations, senator Mircea Banias was not so sure as when nominating Ciobanu as the manager of the institution, stating that, in this situation, things were not so clear from the beginning, as PSD team had their own nomination. What is sure is that PSD made nominations for the managing positions of the institutions subordinated to the ministries held. Besides, Constanţa PD-L is risking, at this moment, to lose the management of Techirghiol sanatorium, where Indiran Logofătu was nominated. For PSD, Techirghiol local councilman  Adrian Teodor Picoiu stands by for the general manager position.

According to Mircea Banias, the nomination is presently blocked. Nevertheless, knowing that PSD asserted a lot of people, the sanatorium management may be taken by Mazăre's team.

Nemirschi refuses to install Zevri with Agency for Environment Protection

Another position which PD-L may lose to PSD is that of manager of Agency for Environment Protection, where PD-L nominated Senol Zevri. "We cannot understand why the appointment for the management of the Agency for Environment Protection is not being signed; here the position has been vacant since our colleague, Adrian Manole, resigned. The minister of the environment, Nicolae Nemirschi, just refuses to sign the appointment", affirmed Mircea Banias, showing that with County School Inspectorate, where the former general inspector, Marian Sârbu, resigned, Petrică Miu was shortly appointed by PSD.

PD-L representatives state that they have abusively been taken their institutions by PSD and the president of the party, Emil Boc, party has already been informed about these discontents. They hope it will be adopted sooner the law for assignments to management positions with the decentralised institutions, of representatives of governing parties.
