The Directress Dospinescu earns more than Basescu

Ramona Dospinescu the chief of the Direction Heritage from the town hall of Constanta earned in 2008 104.694 ron. The information is revealed in the statement of assets of her husband, the county counselor Nicolae Dospinescu.

A simple calculation shows us that the directress Dospinescu has had in last year a monthly income of  8.724,5 ron.  Almost 90 millions if we state the sum in old ron. More then the president of the country or then Radu Mazare, the direct superior of Ramona Dospinescu. Like a simple example, due to the fortune declaration signed in the last days by the president Traian Basescu, the last one's income on the year 2008 reached 76.923 ron. Which means 6.410,25 per month. On the other side, Radu Mazare declared an income of 3.826,5 ron per month, and deputy mayor Gabi Stan 40.000 ron per year. Much  less that Ramona Dospinescu. Deputy mayor Decebal Făgădău explained that the salary of the officers can not be compared with the one of the mayor or the ones of the deputy mayors because the last ones receive allowance and not salary. At the allowance there are no increases as in the salaries of the employees. On the other side Ramona Dospinescu says that she doesn't know for sure which is her base salary, but recognized that the income noted in her husband's statement of assets is the one from the fiche number. „ At the base salary there are also the percentages from the comitee of sales. As far as i know this was of 4 % last year. For example, until last year, i had 50% for the commitee on the law 10 and 20% for the law 18. I have been in almost all commitees and it is for this reason that i have such an increased salary" declared Ramona Dospinescu.
