COSMOTE Romania simplifies recharging procedure, offering customers a new way to make a gift

COSMOTE Romania takes recharging procedures to an easier level by giving the customers the opportunity to offer their loved ones who are using a prepaid card a gift represented by voice and SMS benefits, directly from their mobile phone (both for prepaid and postpaid users).

"Through this new service we wanted to propose our customers a new way to express their care for their loved ones by offering them a gift represented by minutes and SMSes to talk and listen more. The concept behind is that users can chose to remotely recharge with benefits their relatives or friends prepaid card. The product suits perfectly parents recharging their children's SIMs, or people recharging their parents' prepaid cards", stated Gabriel Ionita, Product and Services Development Senior Manager, COSMOTE Romania

Thus, "ForYou 3075" allows both postpaid customers (residential or business) and prepaid users to recharge a Cartela COSMOTE or Cartela Frog directly with benefits. "ForYou 3075" is available for a 6 euro credit (VAT excluded) and allows users to offer a gift represented by 3.000 on-net minutes, 3.000 on-net SMSes, 75 national/international minutes, 75 national SMSs. All these benefits are valid for 30 days with 45 account validity period and 45 days grace period. The 6 euro fee (VAT excluded) will be added on the next invoice of postpaid customer while the prepaid users pay from the existing credit, the VAT being paid at the purchase of the card or at the recharge.

A postpaid customer may choose to offer a benefits package to a prepaid account or to activate the monthly recharge with benefits. The monthly recharge allows the subscriber to define 1 monthly recharge with benefits "ForYou 3075" for a single prepaid SIM card.

The prepaid customers have the possibility to recharge as many users they want and as many times they want, while the postpaid subscribers have to take into account the maximum recharge allowed value for each of them.

This new service is available through a call to *100# or 1234 (free of charge) or with a call to *555*6*recharged number# (with the exception of the monthly recharge).
