Emporiki Bank settles you down at your house in just three days!
 
Emporiki Bank - Romania, member of the French Crédit Agricole Group, launched the mortgage loan campaign "In just three days you settle down at your house!”.
The promotion runs from 8th of November till 31st of December 2011, the main advantage being a final answer obtained in just three days after submitting all documentation. In addition, the bank offers free evaluation of the building.
To benefit of this advantage, applicants must choose to receive the monthly payment of their income in an Emporiki Bank account. The loan currency is euro.
In addition to free evaluation of the building, the campaign provides automatic enrollment of customers in a Christmas raffle, which will designate three winners by lot. Awards are worth 1,000 ron each. More details about the promotion rules can be found on www.emporiki.ro.
The interest rate is made of 3 months Euribor plus a margin of 4.7% and the only fee that the bank charges is for file analysis, amounting 100 euro. Also, for concluding a house loan is necessary to acquire life and building insurance.
