In October real,- Hypermarket Romania celebrates 4 years on the market. In its four years activity, real,- Hypermarket Romania has opened 25 hypermarkets in 18 cities countrywide, following investments accounting for an approximate EUR 500 million.

In order to permanently adapt to the Romanian consumers' demands and needs, real,- has permanently modernized the format of its hypermarkets, has introduced numerous novelties on the local retail market and has come with last minute innovations in its hypermarkets. These include the loyalty programs, the absolute newness in the wine division, including the ENOMATIC tasting system, the 24/7 opening hours of the Bucharest hypermarkets, the VAT refund campaigns, the price cut programs, and the development of own brands, just to mention a few.

The evolution of real,- hypermarkets chain, the quality of the delivered products and services, are also reflected in the company's financial outcomes, while its turnover volume index has permanently amounted to improper fraction values. Since 2006, its first year on the market, until 2009, the company's turnover had increased almost eight times, from EUR 98.47 million to EUR 760.76 million ( expressed as net values without TVA). Also, it cannot be neglected real,- ‘s beneficial role on the Romanian labor market, with approximately 2,000 jobs having been created during each operational year. real,- employees have benefited of training and development programs, as well as of the possibility of building a successful career in one of the most important companies on the modern retail market in our country.

real,- Romania celebrates 4 years in Romania, and on such occasion we would like to thank our customers for the trust they have put in us over such period. Here, at real,- we have permanently analyzed and considered customers' demands, so that to be able now to provide them with modern hypermarkets, low prices and quality products, as well as with assortments distribution that best fits their needs. For its customers, real,- has prepared a month full of surprises, with almost 200,000 prizes at stake throughout October, consisting in food and non-food products, shopping vouchers, one month salary or utility expenses reimbursement, as well as surprise gifts that are to be discovered by the winners. The total value of the prizes exceeds RON 1.5 million.
