Real, - opens its largest and most modern hypermarket in Romania

48923_real.jpgBucharest, April 28, 2010: tomorrow April 29, 2010 real,- Hypermarket Romania will open its fourth hypermarket in Bucharest, which is also the largest and most modern hypermarket of the real,- network in the country. real,- Policolor will be open 24 hours a day.

With a total investment of 22.8 million euro, the new real,- Hypermarket covers 14,000 square meters, of which 9,713 square meters are selling area. Due to its size, the new hypermarket will be the largest hypermarket opened so far by real,- in the country!

real,- Policolor is located in a large retail park sited in the Eastern region of Bucharest, in the Pallady-Policolor area. The entire shopping center expands on 15 hectares, out of which 6.5 hectares as built surface, a modern retail platform, formed by real,- Hypermarket - the first store which it will be opened, METRO Cash & Carry, a DYI store, OBI, a commercial galleria, underground and exterior parking, green spaces and pedestrian area. On the same platform there will also be located the new headquarters of real,- Romania and Metro Cash & Carry Romania. The public transportation: tram, bus, subway, provides easy access towards real,- store and to the new retail park.

real,- entered the Bucharest retail market in October 2007 and in a short time of only 2 years it has managed to expand its city network to reach 4 hypermarkets. With the opening of real,- Policolor, the value of the investments made in Bucharest reaches EUR 100 million. real,- created about 1,850 jobs on the city's labor market.

As a novelty for Bucharest people, along with its new hypermarket real,- introduces a new layout, adapted to large areas for each department, with wide aisles for easy traffic, with redesigned season offer display area and DYI products, providing increased access to products and an enhanced pleasant shopping experience. The success of the real,- hypermarket is further enhanced by the variety of provided services, either we refer to financial services from the renowned groups BRD Finance and EFG Retail Services, or to specific services such as assisted service, free delivery of non-food products in amount of over lei 500, a high tech photo center etc., as well as to the possibility of shopping in realgaleria in front of the store, covering a surface of 10830 square meters, including specialized clothing and shoes stores from well-known brands.
