The D&B lawyers assisted Burda Internation Gmbh in the acquisition of Sanoma Hearst Romania

Bucharest, 8th of August 2013. The M&A team of D&B David si Baias, the correspondent law firm of PwC in Romania, provided legal assistance for the Burda International Gmbh Group in the takeover of Sanoma Hearst Romania. Following the transaction, in the portfolio of the group will enter the Romanian editions of several prestigious magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, FHM, Esquire, Men’s Health, Auto Motor și Sport or National Geographic.
