The number of the companies using COSMOTE's MVPN Budget Control application increases monthly by 23%

After four months since COSMOTE Romania launched MVPN Budget Control service, the number of companies using the application has been increasing monthly by 23%.

At the beginning of the summer, COSMOTE Romania enriched its business products and services portfolio with MVPN Budget Control web application, integrated in the WebCare portal, offering companies the possibility to optimize their communication budgets and enjoy all the benefits of the propositions they have opted for. Thus, companies using mobile phone numbers fleets can optimize to details the use of the minutes included and control the communication costs to the most efficient level.

The most used features of MVPN Budget Control are the credit allocation and the minutes' allocation. 14% of the customers with MVPN Budget Control use the credit allocation feature for the current month of service, while 17% of them use it to allocate credit for the following month. Moreover, 17% of the customers use the minutes' allocation feature for the current months, and 19% of them use it for the coming month.

COSMOTE's MVPN Budget Control application offers the highest flexibility on the market through allocation of the minutes included in the tariff plan and of the credit also for a telephone number for individual consumption or, at a share group level, for a "first come, first served" consumption. During a billing month, the credit or number of minutes available for certain telephone numbers can be supplemented, without influencing the usual monthly allocation regarding the respective number or group. COSMOTE application offers thus the most diversified options and facilities for the customers, useful for the optimal administration of the communication costs.

Created for facilitating the customers' access to their phones fleet and their communication traffic, MVPN Budget Control application offers a multiple range of options the customer can use: personalizing the short number associated to each mobile phone, using short numbers for the mobile fleet members, call screening profile modification, share groups creation, monthly credit allocation, monthly minutes allocation, minutes transfer between numbers for the current month, credit modification for the current month, real time info cost visualization and consumption reports.
